Lily abandoned this collage after her husband, Arthur Coleman, died in the Battle off Samar (October 25, 1944), during World War II.
Lily brought this collage with her, when Helen, upon hearing about Arthur's death, asked Lily to return to Niagara Falls.
Lily returned to Niagara Falls and to Helen in 1946.
